– :Eligibility and conditions for the candidate: –
Should be a permanent resident of the state of Bihar
Should be in the category of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes notified by the Government of Bihar
Must pass the 66th Joint (Preliminary) Competitive Examination conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission, Patna
The benefit of this scheme will be payable to any candidate only once
Candidates employed / employed in the service of any government / public undertaking / state-funded financial institution from earlier will not be given the benefit of this scheme

The online application can be submitted on the departmental website state.bihar.gov.in/scstwelfare from -10.04.2021 to 10.05.2021. Applications received after the specified date and time will be considered invalid. No application forms will be accepted by any other means and such applications will be rejected
Essentially photo, signature, self attested copy of admit card, caste certificate (issued by competent authority), Aadhaar card, residential certificate (issued by competent authority), Active Bank in its name for registration by candidate It is necessary to upload the scanned copy of the account (in which the account number and IFS code is clearly mentioned) or the canceled canceled check on the online portal
Candidate should have an active email id
