Age Limitation For CDS Exam
(i) For IMA — Unmarried male candidates born not sooner than 2nd July, 1999 and never later than 1st July, 2004 solely are eligible.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy— Unmarried male candidates born not sooner than 2nd July, 1999 and never later than 1st July, 2004 solely are eligible.
(iii) For Air Force Academy— 20 to 24 years as on 1 st July, 2023 i.e. born not sooner than 2nd July, 1999 and never later than 1st July, 2003 (Upper age restrict for candidates holding legitimate and present Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable upto 26 yrs. i.e. born not sooner than 2nd July, 1997 and never later than 1st July, 2003 solely are eligible.
Note: Candidate beneath 25 years of age should be single. Marriage isn’t permitted throughout coaching. Married candidates above 25 years of age are eligible to use however throughout coaching interval they may neither be offered married lodging nor can they reside with household out of the premises.
(iv) For Officers’ Training Academy— (SSC Course for males) single male candidates born not sooner than 2nd July, 1998 and never later than 1st July, 2004 solely are eligible.
(v) For Officers’ Training Academy— (SSC Women Non-Technical Course) Unmarried ladies, issueless widows who haven’t remarried and issueless divorcees (in possession of divorce paperwork) who haven’t remarried are eligible. They ought to have been born not sooner than 2nd July, 1998 and never later than 1st July, 2004.
Eligibility Criteria For CDS Exam
For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai :- Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
▶ For Indian Naval Academy :- Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ Institution.
▶ For Air Force Academy :- Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 degree) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Note-1: Graduates with first selection as Army/ Navy/ Air Force are to submit proof of Graduation/provisional certificates on the date of graduation of the SSB Interview on the SSB.
Note-2: Candidates who’re finding out within the closing yr/ semester Degree course and have but to go the ultimate yr diploma examination may also apply.
