Procedure For TES-48 Course Selection

The Integrated HQ of MoD (Army) retains the ability to select applicants for shortlisting and to set a cutoff without providing a rationale. Following the shortlisting of applicants, the applicant will be notified via email of the Center allotment. Firm SSB dates will be given to candidates after selection centres are assigned.
The Selection Screening Board (SSB) will be conducted by a psychologist, group testing officer, and interviewing officer in one of the Selection Centers, such as Allahabad (UP), Bhopal (MP), Bengaluru (Karnataka), or Kapurthala (Punjab), depending on the cut off. Only the candidate’s registered email address and SMS will receive the call-up letter for the SSB interview from the appropriate Selection Centers. Directorate General has sole authority over the allocation of the Selection Center.

NO requests for adjustments are entertained in this regard, according to the Integrated Headquarters of the MoD (Army).
There will be a two stage selection process for candidates. Stage II is for those who pass Stage I. Those who don’t pass Stage I will be sent back that day. The SSB interview lasts for five days, and information about it is available on the Directorate General of Recruiting’s official website at www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. If a candidate is suggested after Stage II, a medical exam will be conducted after that.
